Hapture privacy policy

Hapture does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal data.

What stays on your device. Your experiments, tokens, timelines, doodles, and any screenshots you choose to import are stored only on your device, in the app’s private storage. There is no account and no cloud sync.

What the app does not do. It has no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting service and no third-party trackers.

Permissions.

• Vibrate: to play haptic feedback while you tune a motion.
• Internet / network access: used only if you turn on Live sync. That starts a small server on your phone so a browser or the Figma plugin on your own network can read the spring you are editing. It is off by default, protected by a 4-digit pairing code, and stops when you stop it. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
• Pictures, videos and files are chosen through Android’s system picker; the app does not request broad access to your storage.

Sharing. If you export code, images, video or a spec, it goes wherever you send it (for example another app on your phone). That is your choice each time.

Children. The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
